@SouthwestAir so southwest ruins are cruise since they bumped us 4 times and we missed the ship, now they won't even help us since we're stuck only booking us a flight home, you ruined my first cruise and Birthday nice customer service! Not!

@CarnivalCruise carnival is ruining our first cruise due to airline getting bumped 4times we arrived 10 mins late for 4 pm check in, told us that we could meet ship in key west but they would charge us 300 perperson family of 5 to do so, so we have to pay more to miss first night

@SouthwestAir southwest ruined our first cruise, we were bumped 4 times which caused us to miss our ship, weather was perfect in Columbus today, and gate attendants just laughed at us and said we should never fly day of cruise. Well sorry southwest we only have so many days off

They have been trying to talk to customer service but getting run around, I live in Columbus Ohio where they left from and weather was perfect today, so why bumped 4 times, they were finally on flight 167 from Columbus to Fort Lauderdale

@SouthwestAir for my sister and her family stuck in Miami after being bumped 4 times they miss their ship, have to stay night in Miami already cost them 300 dollars and still have to feed 5 people, first cruise and all 5 of us are going to blow up twitter about this if southwest don't help
