@DrHelenFry Grandad's diaries from Egypt and ME, as well as services guides to Cairo from his time there, and a Crossing the Line certificate from HMS Nelson, which escorted his convoy safely in 1941.
@PhilipKAllan I have a crossing the line certificate from HMS Nelson when it was escorting convoy WS-7 in 1941. My grandad was on one of the troopships in the convoy.
@JavierBlas Think #4 is pretty key, given the number of surrounding substations. Indicative of a flawed infrastructure, if it's enabled a SPOF. We'd want power supplies to come from independent substations for critical infra, capable of supporting the entire load.
@MartinSLewis It's true - Microsoft changed the "Microsoft 365 Family" account to include AI by default, and uplifted the cost by Β£30. But you can avoid this by switching your subscription to "Microsoft 365 Classic" instead.
Sneaky - MS should have made AI a paid extra, not a new default
@DaveThroup Dave, do you think the Government's mobile alerting service could (should?) be more attuned to localised alerts? e.g. Using an (unfortunately) common Worcester example, trigger an alert based on rising water levels at Pitchcroft to cell towers within the city centre for example.
@GodPlaysCards I couldn't see any Shopify issues via search, so perhaps just one of those things. Never mind... order done for some xmas gifts for a history-mad son. Will keep eye open for vol2 of the cards - vol1 looks fantastic π
@GodPlaysCards Just ordered a few things (I think), but website painfully slow, to point of not loading images properly, timing out and refusing to show completed order, despite the Shop app showing it went through, after several goes/timeouts.
@ForestryEngland I've bought tickets for Westonbirt today, but have received neither an email confirmation nor the tickets. Payment screen says order number alone won't get you in...
@julianstockwin Looking forward to it, thanks to a pre-order with @ivybridgebooks - can't believe it's the last one, but it's been an incredible voyage for a former perruquier!
@myworcester@Ac4Wr4 It would also be useful I think for the map to show the other AQI pollutants, rather than just PM2.5 and NO2, especially since the data is gathered by the individual stations - let us see the big picture across the city for all pollutants?
@myworcester Are there any plans to install a sensor on Newtown Road near the WRH, care home and Kings Court? I think knowing the AQI information on the site of a proposed school would be useful to everyone, especially since it's an area known to have significant congestion daily. @Ac4Wr4
@DockYardWall That would be great! Hope they also bring back some of the aspects of the visitor experience that were previously there but not this time - information boards among other things. Didn't like it being a purely audio-driven experience, if I'm being honest. Like visual info too!
