@MikeKamasia @SamGichuru @herdy_co It is no secret that companies advertise/source for interns. It is also no secret that interns do a lot of the work. Many companies actually prefer interns. And that's why I ask, why do they source for these interns ? If they can do without them, why advertise?

No one is saying you pay interns a million ksh. But understand they incur expenses working for you. Don't employ people you cannot pay
