@NigeriaStories My frustration grew as I repeatedly called to check on my refund status, leading me to move on. Given my experience, I urge anyone considering this airline to think twice. Their high rate of flight cancellations and inadequate refund policy make them anything but reliable.

@NigeriaStories I had a disappointing experience with this airline and can't recommend them, even with their discounted fares. I booked a flight from Benin to Lagos to connect to an international flight, but less than a week before departure, my flight was cancelled for unspecified reasons.

@NigeriaStories When I contacted customer service for a refund, I found no alternative dates available. I couldn’t adjust my international flight to fit the domestic one. After navigating their processes, I filled out the necessary forms. Out a refund form but have yet to receive my money back.
