IT'S FU*KING COLD in the terminals. no blankets, no covers given...yes! we are not criminals but we are treated like prisoners & even worse

local time 3:17am i was kept in transit areas for second nights and no accommodation is offered. NO SLEEP, NO FOOD. NO WATER..TORTURE!!!

it has been more than 24h @ OTP airport and all I've given are a bottle of water and a sandwich.SO BRILLIANT?!

okay, you keep me waiting...waiting...but where is the promised food and drink? poor girl hasn't eaten over 12 hours.INHUMAN TREATMENT

I was stucked at Otopeni airport @ Romania Bucharest over 10 hours....and stay keep this endless waiting...
