We are improving our patients’ treatment scheduling. Effective today onwards, any non-funded IVF or FET patient can call with their Day 1 to schedule treatment rather than waiting for a nurse to call first. We will continue to initiate calls first for funded patients as we 1/3

need to control those volumes based on the Ministry’s budget. Please note, cycle maximums do still exist for safety inside our laboratory, so if we aren’t able to accommodate your treatment with your first Day 1 we will preschedule you in for your following Day 1 to 2/3
