Our Parks and Gardens team have been experimenting with a summer #wildflower mix in Winsor Gardens and sowed some seeds back in July with our Seaton Streetscene team. Now here they are with a beautiful October bloom; keeping food sources for #pollinators as long as possible!
DOUBLE LUNGE FEEDING FIN WHALES 🐋
Totally stunned, we watched 2 fin whales lunge feeding at the surface for around 30 mins. Dolphins, bluefin tuna and seabirds rounded up the shoals of fish into baitballs, allowing this incredible feeding event to take place in the Celtic Sea.
