Hey #cPenNetwork community,

It’s been a while since our initial CEX listing, and we want to openly share the challenges, emotions, struggles, and lessons we’ve faced since the setback.

As a small team fueled by passion and big dreams, the listing outcome hit us hard. We watched the community’s enthusiasm, excitement and praise quickly turn into frustration, disappointment, anger, and doubt. It made us question our capabilities and whether our vision was even realistic. Much of it was new, unpredictable, and beyond our control. We were forced to confront just how optimistic we had been—and whether we were ready to face what lay ahead.

In the midst of this storm, we considered every possible direction. And yet, through it all, one thing kept coming back to us: our commitment to this project and the community behind it.

Thankfully, we also received tremendous encouragement and support during this period, which helped us begin to rebuild our confidence.

Today, we believe we’re finally turning the corner. We’re recovering, becoming stronger, and we've taken this time to re-evaluate and refine our goals. Here's our updated roadmap moving forward:

🔹 Enhanced Social Features
We’re rolling out social functionalities step-by-step, evolving the app into a full-fledged social media platform deeply integrated with blockchain and AI. This will be the foundation of our sustainability strategy—bridging blockchain with real-world use cases.

🔹 Mainnet Development
We’re postponing the open mainnet launch to focus more resources on enhancing the core app experience.

🔹 Local Services Transition
Current local services will be phased out and will be replaced with advanced features within our upcoming social media ecosystem.

🔹 Blockchain Loyalty for Merchants
Looking ahead, we aim to redefine traditional loyalty programs. Our long-term vision includes simple, token-based blockchain solutions that merchants can easily adopt.

Depending on your politics, Kingsley Moghalu's binary solution to the Nigerian question (Image 1 and Image 2 Below), is accurate.

In Nigeria's Ethnic Politics, the first option (Image 1) is the type of leadership Ibo People mean, when they talk about a Nigerian leader that can unite Nigeria. They do not mind the ethnocide of various Nigerian cultures, if it furthers Aja Nwachukwu's 1945 statement, that "Ibo domination of Nigeria is a matter of time."

The Ibo ethnic group treasure one-Nigeria, just as much or even more than the Fulani Caliphate, and certainly more than the other ethnic groups - But they must deceive you with the Biafra noise. Whereas it was the Ibo military commander Agwuiyi Ironsi, who destroyed Nigeria's regional autonomous government structure, starting with Decree 34.

Agwuiyi Ironsi began the process of collapsing the Confederate structure into a Unitary government. That structural change to a unitary Nigeria, was the purpose of the Jan. 1966 Ibo Coup. It platformed the Ibo expansionist agenda; everything else is a decoy - And if Biafra had won the Nigerian Civil War caused by that Ibo coup, Ibo would have re-created Nigeria in their Image, to inherit it as an estate and practice ultra nepotism - But because Biafra lost that war, Ibo forever claim they simply sought to secede.

Now, these same Ibo who claim that secession and Sovereignty is all they ever wanted since the Civil War (1967), returned via an Ibo legislator, Benjamin Okezie Kalu, to propose a law granting indigenous status to any Nigerian, anywhere in Nigeria, regardless of ethnicity, but based on marriage or 10 years of residence (See Image 4). This law, diluting indigenous rights to near zero, is merely Part 2 of Agwuiyi Ironsi's systemic changes, following the Jan. 1966 Ibo Coup.

It is necessary to explore partly, the history and psychology behind Ibo's rabid expansionism agenda. The British brought them to the Niger Area as slaves from different parts of Africa, used them to fight the indigenous ethnic groups, then created for them a patchwork culture, borrowing from the surrounding Ika, Ikwerre, Yoruba, etc. See Image 3 below, of Ibo People being taught the language created for them, with pieces borrowed from other ethnic groups.

With regard to being foreigners in the Niger Area, the Ibo share a commonality with the Fulani. We should not be surprised that these are the same two ethnic groups at the core or forefront, of those who insist on the "one-Nigeria" or "detribalized" fraud.

So you see, without an organic and indigenous tie to the Niger Area, it is easy to advocate for ethnocide of various ethnic identities, to sacrifice and destroy them, and to crush or blend everyone into a fake and artifical "Nigerian" identity. This suits the agenda of a People, looking to fill with expansionism, the hole from a lack of indigenous roots.

The Fulani Caliphate and the Ibo have long craved a "detribalized leader," who will accomplish their evil purpose, of crushing all the well-rounded indigenous ethnic groups and their cultures, into the artificial square hole, that is the one-Nigeria of their inter-generational dreams.

At what cost ?

Nevertheless, the second option (Image 2 Below) in Kingsley Moghalu's analysis is more reasonable; it reflects the original template of Nigeria. If that structure had been left undisturbes by the Jan. 1966 Ibo Coup and its corollaries, Nigeria was headed toward, and organically evolving into a Union of Autonomous Ethno-Regional Governments. Nigeria would be similar to the status quo in the United Kingdom (England, Ireland, Scotland, & Wales), Belgium, and even India.

Kingsley Moghalu knows the truth, that Option 2 is the best path forward, but he would not mind or perhaps even prefers Option 1.

My prayer for Yoruba People is to awake, and become conscious to the reality of Nigeria, and the hypocrisy of the one-Nigeria ideology, practiced firmly in Yoruba Land, but sabotaged in every other part of Nigeria.
