I have been contacted by several individuals via direct messages, with supporting screenshots, describing their own experiences involving the person in question.

I want to be very clear about my own case: I have not received ANY refund, nor has she contacted me with any offer of one.

Based on my documentation, I remain in possession of the model I paid for.

Following communication with the Studio, we have reached a resolution that is satisfactory to both parties involved in that process.

I am aware that there are multiple conflicting accounts circulating regarding her conduct and previous transactions. I also want to make it clear that I have evidence related to my own case, and I am prepared to present it through appropriate channels if necessary.

I hope this matter is resolved properly and does not continue escalating further online.

I sincerely hope that the seller will delete the files in question and address any ongoing issues in a way that prevents further confusion or disputes 😔

I wanted to spread awareness, I recently had a pretty unfortunate experience and wanted to share it. I came across someone selling a beautiful Live2D VTuber model, and after thinking it over, I decided to go ahead and buy it.

A couple of days later, though, I noticed that someone else, who I didn’t know- was showing off the exact same model. That really surprised me, since it had been advertised as an exclusive sale, where ownership would be fully transferred and the model wouldn’t be sold to anyone else.

I looked into it a bit more and found out that I had already been blocked by the Seller, they deleted most of their accounts, which made things even more suspicious. On top of that, I learned that the original Studio that created the model wasn’t even aware it was being sold, which may have violated their Terms of Service. The studio has stated that they do not wish to get involved, and I’m left to handle this on my own.

And I’m not sure what to do now. The second buyer was able to get a refund, but PayPal denied mine ;w;

And the person was known under Seraphestia, SeraphLily, Seralestia, Seralestic or Aethereiel
Their new account on X- eidenarey
However, they delete and change account names on a daily basis
