@confirmordeny That is extraordinary. It reminds me of nat sec / TLA responses under US FOIA. Only with an ongoing process of litigation was it possible to break down such nonsense. The UK FOI is too easy for subject bodies to waffle. They have no real reason to fear the ICO.

Hillingdon are trustees for covenants protecting Yiewsley Recreation Grounds. A trustee that breaks a covenant cannot be trusted.

Current Hillingdon govt reducing them in Yiewsley with a park grab. And, if they subsidise budget once this way, they will again.

This is generally true across London. And, wherein each new development is assessed to only make a 'small' increase in an area, the cumulative impact is unjust. The monies paid as CIL compensation do not change the reality for people who must endure in these areas. Straw, Camel

Living up to a principle is harder than meeting requirements of statute. And, "consistent with" Nolan Principles is short of "adoption of" NP. A clear gap in Hillingdon Constitution.

@HillingdonLab Ian Edwards has so little confidence in current Conservative Yiewsley Cllrs that he 'instructed' them to not do their job, to not engage w/ or represent constituents. Fact that these same Cllrs accepted instruction means Edwards is correct to have so little confidence in them.
