Megan Lynch was interviewed on @OurLegacyPod about her experience as a disabled musician who enjoys science - host @1fancyfish is DM buddies with Megan and thought y’all would like this episode! @Stitcher https://t.co/YJbCE3i3rb #inSTEM#disabilitiesinSTEM
On the latest show, Megan shares how she overcame regret and other harmful battles to enjoy herself in the present. She explores how her quest for knowledge has influenced her ability to navigate social media, college and difficult life issues. https://t.co/f277kUCDs3
It was wonderful hearing about how Megan has overcome. Her motivation to be a good ally and to ensure she is being educated about marginalized groups is refreshing. She wants our society to progress to doing more than just professing solidarity. We must grow together.

Technology is already a central part of life for older Americans & the connection with their devices is only expected to grow; by 2030, nearly 132 million Americans 50+ will spend upwards of $84 billion a year on technology products @AARPresearch https://t.co/p39db6E6ak

Had a discussion about the podcast recently with someone who is 61yo. Who has the skills and interest in YouTube. But there are concerns with being a non traditional content creater. As the conversation went on, we both felt inspired to find a way and motivated to unpack stigma.
Looking for people over 50yo willing to share their narratives with me as a guest on the show. As well as individuals (any age) or professional groups who can discuss aspects of aging or share how an older adult has impacted their life/community.
Check out the trailer for my new podcast, Our Legacy! This podcast seeks to create more positive representations of aging through both interviews with older adults and evidence based discussions about aging and ageism. https://t.co/0Uu2X469mV
