We need trusted leaders ready to deliver on proven solutions - smart and compassionate pros not law & order bros.
Now is the time to donate, volunteer, tell your friends about Meghan and Shannon, and get ready to vote!

So are you going to rescind your endorsements of Gonzalez and Ryan? Last week you told voters to support the fools behind this election-season gambit/style of leadership.
In this uninspiring race for mayor, Portland voters should list Rene Gonzalez, who will push the city toward stability regardless of what chaos arises, as their first choice and mark Carmen Rubio as their second. Editorial: https://t.co/QIez1NTzQx

Multnomah County voters in Districts 1 and 2 can help inject urgency and change the direction of the county commission this election. They should vote for Vadim Mozyrsky and Sam Adams as their representatives on the board of commissioners. Editorial: https://t.co/f0OKz2cOft
I'd like to see better takes than "progressives took a shellacking" in the MultCo primary. Moyer, SIngleton - clear progressives - are leading their races.
What we're seeing:
- anti-incumbent sentiment persisting
- special interest group spending
- a focused downtown biz lobby
@BoboLewis13 @sarahforpdx Let's not forget, Mike came into office in the middle of a global pandemic, the criminal justice system slowed to a crawl & Portland Police executed a stealth work stoppage.
Vaszquez is less equipped to to solve Portland's problems than Wheeler was and look how that turned out.
More than $3M in Dark Money is flooding into the US Congress race in Oregon's 3rd District.
A PAC known as 314 Action Fund has spent $1.67M to support the opponent of @SusheelaJayapal, and another PAC called VRG has spent more than $1M on attack ads against Jayapal.
“Democratic voters here have made it very clear they don’t want AIPAC and MAGA money interfering in their primaries,” Andrea Cervone, Jayapal’s campaign manager, said.
Sen. @JeffMerkley spoke out: “I strongly condemn the dark money campaign underway to smear Susheela Jayapal in OR CD3 and any other dark money,” he said.

@theresa5095 50 years of neoliberalism has left America's urban areas without a lifeboat. We lack affordable housing, healthcare, education funding, basic transportation.
Go read Ted Wheeler's budget. BIPOC-left Portland Clean Energy Fund coming to his rescue.
But please, tell us how it is.

Regardless your position on Portland protests, facts are facts:
Fact: Schmidt took office on Aug 1, 2020, 65 days into our historic "100 Nights."
Fact: Global CV-19 pandemic limited legal system capacity.
Fact: It was Portland Police who gave up on public safety, not the DA.
@ourportland Sounds like you advocate for Portland dying. Schmidt let the riots go on for almost a year. Businesses are leaving, downtown record empty business vacancies. Crime, no leadership. Spelling your own doom
Despite his continued clamoring for political relevance since leaving office over a decade ago, Sam Adams has repeatedly crashed and burned. Conscientious voters across the political spectrum should vote NO on Sam Adams now and in future election cycles.
Portland Progressives, voting is not enough. Let's fight like hell against ‘fauxgressives’ including Vadim Mozyrsky, Sam Adams, Nathan Vasquez, and Rene Gonzalez aimed at dismantling our hard-fought reforms like Portland Street Response & Police Oversight.

Tell your neighbors: in no uncertain terms, Sam Adams is toxic and should never hold office in Portland again. Despite attempts at whitewashing his sordid past, Adams is a known liar & bully who has repeatedly been accused of insulting and intimidating people in the workplace.
Dear Portland Progressives, voting this May is not enough. It’s time to fight like hell against ‘fauxgressives’ aimed at dismantling our hard-fought reforms.
