Hi there. The sizing measurements of the Oura Ring 4 and Oura Ring 5 are different from each other. This means you need to get a new sizing via the Oura Ring 5 Sizing Kit which you can get at checkout when placing your order. You cannot compare sizes from the 4th Gen ring to the 5th.
