And based on their eligibility criteria, how else would one know that they shouldn't take it, when it clearly states u are eligible if u've had ur hrs reduced or stopped working.

@FW20062022 @CTVNews Exactly. I applied for EI as I was eligible for it for losing my job due to Covid, and automatically received CERB. My partner applied for EI as well, for being laid off due to Covid, also automatically received CERB. Partner got email asking for repayment.
