@OInvests@beavinvests He writes it in his post, he wants to get to the little ones. Even startups and they need advertising to attract the attention of irish. Unfortunately, I don't have big contracts in the near future
@TheTechInvest Die anderen eilen davon.
$IREN OKLAHOMA - COLOCATION?
When it comes to Colocation it’s allot easier to sign tenants in advance to energization as long as you have a IC Agreement (secured to energize)
$CIFR CEO Mention this, the thing with cipher is they only have Ulysses with a IC Agreement. Reveille and Stingray are near end of the ERCOT Queue. They have already pretty much locked a tenant at Stingray that should be announced soon. Stingray is set to energize end of 2026.
$IREN Has 1.6GW at Oklahoma secured to energize in 2028. This may or may not be a site that they want to colocate. But I believe since they have so many MW’s coming online in the near future they could always go that route for a portion of Oklahoma.
Why? Oklahoma is a large site and if they can have the datacenter ready in 2028 inline with energization schedule that would speed up the Time-to-Datacenter process. If GPU’s are a must then they can fix a colocation price + an option to deploy GPU’s near energization schedule. Procuring GPU’s cannot be done 2 years in advance with a fixed rate and model. It must be done inline with when the datacenter will be in full operation.
GPU’s for Cloud are a more delicate procurement process than just signing a lease and building the shell.
This is what is beautiful about the FTM IC agreements vs BTM. You dont have to build the power plant just the Datacenter Infra and connect. It’s easier for both the tenant and landlord.
While everyone is panicking $IREN has flexibility and options.
1) $IREN Iren: They still have 350 MW of HPC capacity available at its Childress campus plus an additional 1.4 GW at its Sweetwater site energizing in April. New deal incoming soon.
2) $MARA Marathon Digital: The market is completely overlooking their Exaion AI inference play, which targets a massive European TAM where sovereign data requirements and energy efficiency give them a structural moat that hyperscalers can’t touch.
3) $HIMS Hims & Hers: Down -50% despite 92% revenue CAGR and newly positive cash flow is the exact dislocation I hunt for. A massive growth stock priced like it’s dying.
So how good does $IREN look in this space with 3GW to be energised and monetised well before 2030 … NOT TO MENTION more capacity in the pipeline soon (did someone say Oklahoma?? 👀)
$IREN 🔥🔥🔥
@BlackPantherCap Respect the decisiveness here.
Most people talk about $IREN.
Very few actually size up when the thesis hardens.
That’s real conviction.
@FransBakker9812 The pace of progress at Childress is accelerating!
Just months after breaking ground, Horizon 1 electrical and mechanical works are well underway, Horizon 2 data halls are rising, Horizon 3-4 civils have commenced, and more than 1,200 workers are active on site.

All of this keeps us firmly on track to deliver GPU superclusters for @Microsoft throughout 2026!
