@TempestFireXV@LucaGuadagnegro@PopCrave That's a very, very sick, greedy way of viewing things. You could settle at providing a good life for your employees and screw growth and greed after that..
@wilsonbosc0@Ali_Saleh_97@LucaGuadagnegro@PopCrave It is a negative feedback loop for everyone who isn't that company. Employee owned is the only way any company should be, being constantly indebted to your investors and shareholders means you must endlessly grow and it's not sustainable. Eventually the dam will break
@Ali_Saleh_97@LucaGuadagnegro@PopCrave It is not naive. Arizona has a large market share in the beverage economy. Any company with that type of market share can absolutely afford it, if they were not permanently indebted to their investors/shareholders. The issue is that they must keep increasing profits endlessly
@LucaGuadagnegro@PopCrave To be clear, Yes greed is the driving force, but the real reason is that these companies go public and take on investors who they are then indebted to and are now in a situation where they are forced to endlessly grow, expand and increase profits. Employee owned=best way only way
