Powerful tool for Twitch Partners seeing those Twitch-sanctioned sponsorship offers...
Let @PUBG@WhereWindsMeet_@CapcomUSA_, and most of all @Twitch, know that you know your value and won't be taken advantage of.
@TwitchSupport The platform as a whole should be 16 minimum anyways. Do you really think the platform is made for family friendly content, as a whole? Maybe 16+ is best. I agree with Australia here.
Twitch is changing how it counts clip views.
- Removing inflated views from tech issues + bots.
- Better tracking across devices.
- Counting Stories in clip views.
Creators should expect to see lower counts as a result.
My fellow IRL streamer friends, y'all know me as a man of ideas.
I've had tons of things I wanted to do but never had the means; years later others did them to great success. I think it's better to team up and not do this solo.
Reply to this post if you're interested in hearing my ideas and let's grow together.
@Tarfu Chapters always close. You obviously did a great job, and time to look forward to the new journey. Good luck in finding a job soon, and I hope the severance will help you advance, and cope with existing challenges you mentioned.
Doing multiple tour guide streams all around the San Diego area, featuring areas around the convention center with guests. Part 1 will be today @ 10 AM PST. The remaining parts will be announced soon until the day of the convention @Twitch@TwitchCon https://t.co/x452Z8cpv3
If you're one of these cities, and have the funds to show it off regularly, then I believe you have a big opportunity for growth, especially if you're new / smaller streamer.
In the last 6 years, the gears shifted for outdoor IRL live content from primarily most coming from Southern California to now New York City. Here's a brief at a glance where most content in the US from streamers primarily streaming outdoors. 1/3
The opportunities are there. New York City being extremely expensive to do outdoor content, but I've seen @KumaMonster_TV do it very well on his phone setup. Cities I wished had more representation is Miami, Vegas, Kansas City, New Orleans, and Chicago. 2/3
I’ve been getting a ton of messages regarding if StreamElements is hiring for a new creator success manager.
Yes we are, and I’m happy to answer any questions about the role.
Just know that my responses will be delayed since I’m half way across the world 😅🇯🇵.
Today, I celebrated my 5th year Twitch Partner Anniversary and I saw the nominations for IRL Streamer of the Year. I predominantly stream IRL, so I just wanted to share my thoughts on the subject.
Despite the challenges we (as a category/community) face in our regular day-to-day, seeing this list of nominations for the Streamer Awards doesn't discourage at all. In fact, this just shows how much more, us "full-time" IRL streamers have a lot to learn from watching other streamers that freshly jump into it. Everyone on this list crushed it this year, and I'm all for it.
I hope through these streamers, and many others like them, the IRL medium continues to grow with a healthy influx of new viewers; it could be the new lifeblood it desperately needs. Hell, they're the best chance we got at keeping the streams alive!
Though it's predominantly a gaming platform, we gotta admit that despite its difficulty, IRL really is the best game on Twitch. It's cool to see what the next generation of content creators can achieve; next year let's also do our best to remind everyone why we do what we do and step it up to the next level.
Cheers!
