Council Health and Safety excutives are forcing us to shut down

@playengland @neil_play @davidgcant @BearGrylls @timrgill It needs more. Ofsted very supportive however guided by health and safety guidelines, parents supportive and formal complaints are in. The council health and safety needs to be named and shamed! It is a sad world when they pick on children

What was a full nursery with children accessing outdoor experiences all day has been forced into this position by the pure ignorance of this council.

@davidgcant @BearGrylls Guy ropes could cause harm to a child, puddles are dangerous to jump in and fence not high enough. Unbearable Pressure over 8 months including the council threat to take legal proceedings costing us thousands in legal expences.
"Go indoors and we will leave you alone"

@UKScouting @GOoutdoors As an outdoor Nursery we promote this in every way possible- however the local Council environmental health have stopped us from preparing food outdoors, because of pathogens can travel from the grass, on to the table surface.🙈😡
