Been a loyal @CommunityFibre customer since 2019. Just renewed my contract & CGNAT was reinstated without warning, breaking Plex, VPNs, SSH, game servers, etc. Was told I must pay for 5Gbps to remove it, my home doesn’t need that. Please remove CGNAT or restore my previous plan.

It will connect you to your linksys router's page where you can log in using the code on the bottom of the router and you can follow the instructions to change DNS settings.
