Winter Mandarin🍊

2 oz Sassenach Gin
6 mandarin slices
1 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz orgeat
Egg white

Muddle the mandarin slices in a cocktail shaker, then add all other ingredients. Shake without ice for 15 seconds, then add a handful of ice and shake again. Double strain into your glass and garnish with some mandarin slices.
