On the Fourth day of Christmas McTavish Spirits gave to me "Four Calling Birds".

**Ingredients:**
- 2 oz McTavish Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz Amaretto
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Maple Syrup
- Egg White
- 4 Cherries for garnish

**Instructions:**
1. If you're using the egg white, start by doing what's called a 'dry shake'. Put the whiskey, amaretto, lemon juice, maple syrup and egg white into your shaker without ice, and shake it vigorously. This helps to emulsify the egg white and get that nice froth.
2. Add ice to your shaker, and shake again until it's well-chilled.
3. Strain your cocktail into a glass.
4. Garnish with four cherries, representing the four calling birds.
5. Enjoy responsibly!

This cocktail takes the warmth of McTavish Rye whiskey and combines it with the sweetness of amaretto and maple syrup, balanced out by tart lemon juice. The optional egg white adds a bit of texture and froth. The cherries are a fun nod to the 'four calling birds' from the song. Enjoy your festive drink!

🎁🎶 On the fifth day of Christmas, McTavish Spirits gives to you... The "Five Golden Rings Cocktail" 🍸🥃

- In a tall glass, combine:
- 1.5 oz of McTavish Whiskey
- 2 oz of pineapple juice
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- Stir well to blend the flavors
- Fill the glass with ice and top it off with ginger ale
- Garnish with a pineapple slice or a twist of lemon peel and enjoy!!! 🍋🍍

🎶🎉🎶On the sixth day of Christmas, McTavish Spirits gave to me...

"Six Geese a-Laying" cocktail:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine:
- 1.5 oz of McTavish Whiskey
- 1 oz of lemon juice
- 0.5 oz of honey syrup
- 1 egg white
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to create a frothy texture.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
- Optional: Garnish with a lemon twist or a sprinkle of nutmeg.
