after solicitors contacted you - you remain anonymous. spent 3 days in Hong Kong recovering having to get private doctor to visit the hotel where I was laid up unwell. the airline had promised to assist in this matter but you lied.

upon arriving I was given no assistance and left on my own after being promised the ground staff will assist. customer service is failing in every manner to respond

outbound flight as a business class customer i was treat in a disgraceful manor. I had food poisoning on board and was ill immediately after being served the main course of food. cabin crew were of no help

I WAS UNFORTUNATE TO USE TRAVELTEX IN MANCHESTER .I changed £200 and received 50000 in hungarin notes. the exchange rate in Budapest was 30% more than I had been given it would have cost me £138 against the £200 they charged me..Its a total rip off.
