@OctopusEnergy Your “award winning” customer service team needs to be fully trained in solar export. I’ve been trying to get some answers from them on the amount of energy my 15 solar panels are generating and they really haven’t a clue!

. @OctopusEnergy billing error?! I sent a meter reading as requested & was told my balance is £113. I requested a refund of £50 & for the rest to be added 2 my smart meter. Now you tell me there’s been a mistake. How can a company that values itself so highly get things so wrong?
Just when I thought I was getting somewhere, the complaints team @OctopusEnergy tell me there’s been a billing error! They now expect me to wait another 7 days whilst they sort it out.
@OctopusEnergy I got all excited when I got a response to my email yesterday afternoon, thinking I might get paid for my solar generation for this year! I sent the requested meter reading but it’s all gone quiet again 😔
