@RandyWKirk1 You can say, Who cares about specific percentage ownership in $SPCX cuz it will eventually be worth a lot, so 20%, 50% or 80% ownership is irrelevant. Sure, sure. Then if percentage really doesn’t matter, just give $TSLA shareholders a ginormous premium and 99.69% ownership. 🤣

@Soyeonsin0 Tesla problem: $SPCX growing fast (20X in 5 yrs); $TSLA stock < 2021 high. Mkt cap gap rapidly expanding. If Tesla rejects small/no premium, CEO Musk moves Optimus/AI work to SpaceX (he threatened that before). Tesla stock drops. SpaceX makes discounted offer to desperate Tesla.

It's yet another typical dreary, glum $TSLA earnings call. One Tesla guy is very hard to understand. Why are $SPCX conference calls so upbeat while Tesla earnings calls are so grim?

MSM reporter Kara Swisher said that if Democrats regain congressional power, the $SPCX/ $TSLA CEO @elonmusk will be "at the top of that list" for intense government investigations of him and "his companies." She also said if Kamala becomes President, Musk might end up "in jail."

ARK Invest's new $TSLA valuation has a 2031 bull-case target price of $5,000/sh (a $20 Trillion market cap). Cathie Wood earlier said Tesla could be the first $100 Trillion mkt-cap company & $SPCX CEO @elonmusk responded, "it isn't impossible." (Current Tesla mkt cap is $1.4t.)
