@ThrillaRilla369 I would be in charge of myself and my 4 younger siblings at age 10 (even certified with Red Cross to babysit). So yes... doing this sort of thing is what gives experience to be able to. Like tossing in a pool to see if they can swim. Just start a little shorter in case they drown
@vibeeval So they spent $599,000 on minis (not counting costs of cables, space, and of course time) to save $11,000/month? Works out to brake even around 5 years. Won't the hardware be obsolete around break even point? Also, now requires employee maintenance. Not sure this was as great?
@james_xond 26. An Older and tiny 1100 sq ft 2 bedroom house with no yard (just 10' from the property line and all sides except front was 25'). Old shag carpet, rusty old stove, no AC. It was a perfect get in cheap starter home to start building equity.
@Sassafrass_84@PigWar I used iPhone 2006-2023. Switched to try a retro-gaming phone, and quickly realized there were alot of things better with Samsung (especially the Car Bluetooth interface and maps). I doubt Apple can win me back...
@MetamateDaz The government has already demonstrated that just money thrown at homelessness and hunger doesn't eradicate the problems. And billionaires don't have the authority to do what might fix the problems?
@clintcarlos@Bless_ThisMess7 God punishes disobedience repeatedly in scriptural accounts. Not just nature. Blesses obedience too. Set clear, simple rules. Make them universal (punish adults too), and be their sympathetic parent that the punishment sucks but that is the way it is (as if you can't change it)
@Halo_chains Glyphosates. US Farmers spray toxic chemicals (Round Up) on wheat to quick dry at harvest time. There is no rain to wash those chemicals off in nature so we are eating them.
@HazelAppleyard If it is the account money sent too that can't reach 1bil, setup an auto-transfer to another accoint/auto invest and combine with auto Charitible contribution everyday. Easy
@Cryptoboyy_Aji If you can keep it in making higher interest you are correct. Ramsey teaches financial behavior. Most will spend the money on something they want, so "forced investing" on mortgage is the most likely to bring future financial success. It's about behavior not math
@_TheImpureKing_ I play less because my wife doesn't like it. I try to not let it distract me from her. But if nothing happening/she is focused on something else... still play. And I schedule the few dedicated times I play with friends so she knows it is a planned social event.
@UziCryptoo I only ever worked "full-time" when I was also in school. It's been 50-80 week (up to double full-time) and I still have a day or two off each week. What I am saying, one low income on just 40 hours/week hasn't been livable for my whole life (I'm in 50s). And I made more tham 20
