As a NJ resident that has never once collected any sort of welfare, but pay the taxes that fund your "generous" handouts, I ask you to stop saying that "we live in the richest nation on the planet". We're broke and trillions in debt. You are disincentivizing people to earn things on their own when you just hand it out for "free". But then again, Democrats always loved having slaves.

Iran hacking our infrastructure is nothing new, so I don't want to hear anyone say that the recent conflict was the cause.
In 2012, Iranian threat groups launched massive Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks against major U.S. financial institutions. The attacks disrupted banking infrastructure, taking major retail sites offline for millions of customers. In 2013 Iranian hackers successfully penetrated the cellular modem of a small flood-control dam outside New York City. In 2014 State-backed actors successfully infiltrated the internal networks of Calpine Corporation, one of California's largest power producers, stealing detailed schematics and engineering diagrams of U.S. power plants. In 2024 a group tied to the Iranian government compromised defense sector networks, local municipal governments, and healthcare organizations. They stole information and funneled network access to ransomware affiliates to extort domestic public services. In 2023 an IRGC linked proxy group called "CyberAv3ngers" directly compromised programmable logic controllers (PLCs) across multiple U.S. water and wastewater utilities. They exploited internet-facing devices to display anti-Israel propaganda and disrupt operations. In 2024 Iranian actors compromised U.S. presidential campaigns to steal internal communications and sow social division, mirroring a smaller infrastructure-disruption campaign executed during the 2020 election cycle.
