Dear Friends,
Rev. James Robison was promoted to glory on May 17, 2026, at the age of 82. James was a powerful evangelist and the founder of LIFE Outreach International, which focused on feeding programs and providing clean water to Third-World countries. I was privileged to be on his TV program a few times, and James ministered at our first Truth & Liberty Conference in Woodland Park.
I knew about James from my time in the Baptist church and sent all my paychecks (although they were very small) to his ministry the whole time I was in Vietnam. I connected with him in person about twenty years ago and was even an overnight guest in James and Betty’s home in Colorado.
James came from a very dysfunctional background, but his encounter with the Lord changed everything. He preached to tens of thousands of people in crusades and, in his later ministry, provided humanitarian aid to millions. He will surely be missed, but the truths he so passionately shared will live on.
I know the comfort of the Lord will be with his wife, Betty, and all of his family and staff (2 Cor. 1:3–4). Please pray that they will have the wisdom of the Lord to know how to steward the LIFE Outreach ministry going forward.
The passing of Daystar’s Joni Lamb and of James Robison so close together is a reminder that all of us are just passing through this life. It’s imperative that we make this life count for the Lord in the short time that we have. It’s only what we do for the Lord that will last into eternity.
James is experiencing a great welcome into glory by all the lives he impacted while here on earth (Luke 16:9). He’s more alive than ever before, and it won’t be long before we are all together before the throne of God. What a day that will be!

How could I be silent when it’s time to praise You? Now my heart sings out, bursting with joy — a bliss inside that keeps me singing, “I can never thank You enough!” (Psalm 30:12 TPT)

If you believe God causes sickness and trouble, resisting them can feel like resisting Him. But God’s sovereignty doesn’t mean He controls every harmful thing that happens—and that truth brings freedom to stand against the enemy’s works. Learn more on today’s #GospelTruth. I speak from my place in Christ, and I command every contrary spirit and influence out of my life, family, and nation. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

In fact, the taking of vows before God is one of the most important beginnings of the marriage union because, when those vows are spoken, heaven takes note of them.
