@CryptoWolf6969 @rubentothewild Do you put on dirty underwear when you get out of the shower? If you sleep naked and didn't change the sheets from the night before then you are essentially putting on dirty underwear and have defeat the purpose of the shower.

@notanam27529336 @rubentothewild Washing the sheets and changing the sheets are two separate activities. I have 5 sets, change weekly, wash them roughly twice a month generally 2 sets in a load. 5 sets so there's always a backup in the event that 'activies' require an early change. How about you?

@rubentothewild Sleeping naked fundamentally shifts the sheets on the bed into the function of underwear which then, like underwear should then be changed daily. So if you aren't changing your sheets as often as you change your underwear then you shouldn't be sleeping naked.

@rubentothewild Its called the Clean Underwear Principal. One changes their underwear daily because why? Because its hygienic. How often do you change your sheets? Would that be daily or periodically? If it isn't daily then there should be a barrier between the bits and the sheets.
