Daniel 11 contains one of the most consequential translation differences between the Hebrew and Greek Old Testaments. At verse 30, the Hebrew has כִּתִּים — Kittim, a coded term requiring interpretation. The Greek has Ῥωμαῖοι. Romans. Here’s why it matters. 🧵
