.@viagogo appalling customer service. Paid for tickets to a concert tomorrow night but tickets nowhere to be found to download and constantly redirected back to the same page that says "Your tickets will be available soon." Anyone else experienced problems like this?

1) its benefits are insufficiently understood
2) it might reveal something counter to the current promoted plan
3) it will delay the work already scheduled
Result: design is based on ‘best guess’
