Hi all,
We are introducing a new "Positive Language Only" policy across the Academy. Staff must not say "I'm stressed," or "This is impossible.” Instead, please say "I'm experiencing growth opportunities” or “I’m grateful for the complex challenges I’ve been set”.

@PhilRugby Is the risk now keeping the brand ‘Cardiff’ as you’d lose all the O’s regions interest? More likely a rebrand and merger with the team then based in Cardiff but playing around the pathway area maybe?
