2. 躲进“假性稳定”的安全区

在一个没前途的单位，
干着谁都能替代的活，
日子看似稳定，
实则毫无抗风险能力。

拒绝学习、

拒绝新事物，
用一句“平淡是真”
给自己的停滞找台阶。

时代一旦拐弯，

最先出局。

3. 本事不大，脾气不小

用情绪掩盖能力不足。

一个控制不了情绪的男人，
本质上
已经放弃了
对人生的管理权。

4. 认知闭合，一辈子卖命

只相信“干得多就赚得多”，
听不懂资本、
看不懂结构、
看不上风口。

他们嘲笑投资，
排斥理财，
把所有新机会
都叫作“歪门邪道”。

结果就是：
用身体
硬扛通胀，
用时间
对抗系统，
输是必然的。

5. 长期泡在“无效社交”里

酒局、烟局、
抱怨局、
互相吹捧、
一起骂强者。

这种圈子最大的功能，
就是让所有人
一起心安理得地不进步。

一个男人的上限，
基本等于
他最常混在一起的
那几个人。

6. 对身体彻底失控

熬夜、暴饮暴食、
烟酒不离手，
肚子越来越大，
体力越来越差。

身体一垮，
精气神就散了。

当一个男人
走几步路都喘，
他内心那股
“想赢”的狠劲
也早就没了。

7. 遇事逃避，精神断奶

问题来了，
先找借口，
再找替罪羊，
最后推给父母、伴侣、环境。

不愿承担责任，
却幻想命运眷顾。

一个不敢
为自己选择买单的男人，
在任何竞争里
都毫无胜算。

8. 被消费主义驯化

为了面子，
透支未来；
为了虚荣，
背上负债。

把本该变成资产的钱，
换成贬值最快的消费品。

看起来光鲜，
实则脆弱，
一旦收入出问题，
整个人立刻崩盘。

9. 停止深度思考

不读书，
不复盘，
不独处思考。

大脑里
只剩八卦、情绪、立场对骂。

当一个男人
不再思考，
他就会
被操纵、被收割、被替代，
沦为系统里的
一个消耗品。

10. 放弃野心，交出选择权

这是最致命的一步。

他开始认命，
开始合理化失败，
开始告诉自己
“这样也挺好”。

当一个男人
不再渴望选择权，
他的人生
其实已经
提前结束了。

废掉一个男人最稳妥的方式，
不是打击他，
而是让他一直待在
舒服、廉价、
没有风险、
也没有可能性的环境里。

清醒，
是唯一的自救入口。
