Also my IBS sometimes hates water from different places. It can be one of my worst triggers. Which means I don't drink which means things like POTS (or what ever I have) get worse. #AutChat
Relevant to today's #AutChat what do you do to keep yourself hydrated when drinking water is either not stimulating or for some reason grates on your sensory stuff?
I also want people to realize that this is *not only a long covid thing* because i've run into issues where people don't believe i can possibly have my disabilities because its not long covid. i want people to realize that this is a both and, taking all of us seriously #AutChat
A4. I wish I knew other things that trigger it so I'm not surprised. Honestly I'm scared that if I get covid I'll get worse (still managed to avoid it).

When teachers say students and parents need to be "held accountable," what does that mean? What does accountability look like? I ask that question often and rarely get an answer that isn't centered in punitive discipline or yt supremacy! 🤔
Plenty of people don't use academic accommodations because they've never been told they're an option
