@AmazonHelp @amazonIN I received a brand new iPhone 17 Pro yesterday with a display defect and reported it immediately. The service centre is recommending a display replacement, but the issue could potentially be something beyond just the display.

I didn’t buy a refurbished or repaired phone. I bought a new iPhone, and I don’t think it’s reasonable to start repairing it just one day after delivery, especially when it was purchased as a gift. Please arrange a replacement with a new, defect-free unit.
