@august_stash The reason why they are called "The Intern" is because interns usually don't get paid (instead get paid with "experience"). So the hospital is hiding the fact that this a Passive Anomaly. Just a headcanon, might be debunked in future updates.

@blockofemerald I wanna know who the 5% attractive peeps are. Cuz although I dislike the Dialogues, I actually loved the character's design and even find most attractive (Women only). Also the fandom is alive in Tumblr, cuz Twitter is just full of bandwagon peeps.
