this OpenClaw bot finds $500k–$1.2M homes without pools, renders a pool into their backyard, and mails the owner a postcard showing the before/after, on autopilot...
here's how pool builders can close $50k+ deals with this system:
- scans satellite imagery for mid-market homes with empty backyards
- filters by lot size, sun exposure & recent ownership change
- pulls the homeowner direct from public records (not shared leads)
- renders a luxury pool dropped into their actual yard
- calculates build cost + home value lift for their specific zip
- generates a cinematic video of their backyard with the new pool
- prints a personalised postcard with the before/after + QR code
- drops it in the mail + hits them with retargeting
every step from sourcing to outreach is automated.
reply "POOL" + RT and i'll send you the full breakdown so you can build this too (must be following so i can DM)

Never give up.
Throwback to what I sent to @Jackaroo_Trades on 22th September 2022.
Since then I recovered all losses and went on to put on my best winning streak ever, propelling me closer to my 1B goal.
The thing required to "skip steps" is Audacity.
To leave the job that everyone stays at, to go for a new position, or create something of your own.
To make big asks, and big moves.
Departing from what everyone else is doing, saves years of time.

If there is a secret to long term profitable trading it is the ability to cut size, not trade & to be OK with missing moves. Over trading has hurt me a great deal, trying to catch every wiggle or move is a passport to poverty. Learn when to “go big, go small or not at all”!

BE BORING
- Trade at the same time
- Wake up at the same time
- Go to bed at the same time
- Follow the same trading rules
- Journal and review at the same time
This is what real trading looks like.
It's not glamorous but it's how you get results!
We make money in trading by seizing moments, but we don’t get to pick those moments.
If you’re trying to force outcomes you’re stealing from your future.
Moments can come on slow days or on the busiest days…we just don’t know, but we have be in business when they do come.
Something tiggered me to review this tonight.
Given from a former mentor upon passing:
1. Own a Dog.
2. Tread lightly among your follow men; always mind your manners; and tip your had as you pass by.
3. Take a walk every day. Every Day! Even your last.
4. Plant a rose garden and have lots of bud vases.
5. Look as sharp as you can and just love it when people say you're handsome.
6. Admire the ladies; it is a great tribute to your beloved.
7. Maintain your dignity. Avoid quad canes, walkers, and hearing aids. Let 'em shout. Let 'em propel you about; you deserve it.
8. Stay informed. Read the paper and watch "Washington Week in Review" & "Wall Street Week." Sleep through the latter.
9. Keep your own stash of chocolates. Don't share them except on special occasion.
10. Love where you live; there's no better place.
11. Celebrate often, and when you are tire tell everyone to go home.
12. Never raise your voice. There's too much noise in the world.
13. Never, ever, skip the cocktail hour. And when these things become less viable, and somehow difficult - then at the end of a good day, at your natural bedtime, slip into an ever-deepening sleep and leave this world as gently as you walked into it. And be remembered as one of the finest gentlemen any of us every knew. (man this one wrenches my heart)

I truly hope this serves someone as we work to filter all the insignificant nuances we experience.
