20 ping equals 0.02 seconds
130 ping would be a delay of 0.13 seconds noticable ping but it isnt close to the delay of 1 second they are claiming.

@4G_b4nny When you realise that they are saying that 20 ping is like a half second or full second of delay like wtf a second is 1000 ms. 20 ping equals to 0.02 second delay
