Over the weekend, MFA students Hallie Fogarty, Matt Farley, and Sophia Judge presented at the Louisville Conference on Literature and Culture at their panel, New Voices in American Poetry. Hallie also presented at the Queering Reading Otherwise panel. Great job, grads!

Miami MFA candidate Adefemi Fagite, who is from Nigeria, got to meet some of his favorite authors from Nigeria and Ghana at #AWP24 and was delighted to find a little bit of home in Kansas City! He met Kwame Dawes, Kọ́lá Túbọ̀sún, Romeo Oriogun, and T. J. Benson during his stay.
