Sec. of State Blinken ultimately insisted that the prison swap money was not for funding any terrorist group.
He claims the Treasury Department is monitoring the money wired to Tehran, and it is only spent on food and medicine.
DC — A report from last month shows the Biden Administration started releasing $6B in funding to Tehran over a prison swap of 5 Americans...
The White House also stated that it started to ease the enforcement of Iranian oil sanctions...
Sec. Blinken spoke on the matter.
@RobertKennedyJr announced today that he will be altering his presidential campaign by ending his democratic ties and running as an independent.
This will ultimately make it a much more rigorous fight for him to be backed by all 50 states.
Migrants have overtaken luxury hotels in New York City.
That hotel is RAKING it in!
What rates are they getting per night per room from NYC taxpayer dollars? $300 per night? $500 per night per room? More?
That is a great deal for new migrant arrivals coming over the border. Are they also getting a daily meal allowance for room service?
Over 100,000 refugees have now arrived in Armenia from Karabakh.
Many are hungry, exhausted and need immediate assistance.
UNHCR and other humanitarian partners are stepping up their support to the Armenian authorities, but international help is very urgently required.
Sep 28th — Over the last couple of days oil barrels continue to soar in price. There are a lot of causes for this painful issue, but it mainly comes down to Saudi and Russian crude cuts via OPEC+
Analysts believe that barrels can reach $100 within the next coming weeks.
These U.S. oil companies have vowed to their investors that when high profits are an option (high oil prices) they will conduct shareholder buyouts and healthy dividends.
Though there is one more issue that these oil companies have to deal with, just like the rest of the county
@TheEconomist Ironic considering this crack down is in attempt to boost the use of "Green Energy" (EVs, Solar, Turbines) which is just as bad for the environment if not worse...

4/ The Irony 🧐
This brief overview only scratches the surface of the profound environmental implications stemming from REEs and “Sustainability Industry.” The wave of sustainability, unfortunately, is tainted by underlying corruption.
Paradoxically, many “green” innovations. Including wind turbines and EVs, not only require heavily on fossil fuels for extraction but also contribute significantly to toxic waste but is primarily propped up through the exploitation of minorities, specifically in South African and Asian countries.

1/ “Climate Agenda” 🌎
Many politicians have campaigned with a plan to end the “Corrupt Climate Agenda.” Because of this, these same politicians receive vast amounts of backlash and hate from those pushing clean energy. — Let's take a look into the industry that props up “Clean Energy”
With the increase in social awareness toward the “Climate Crisis” many countries have pledged to seek net zero for carbon emission. In order to meet this goal, countries have implemented solar power, wind power, hydroelectric power etc…, but what makes up these “Climate Friendly Sources”?
Generally speaking, all types of “Green Energy” require some amount of REEs (Rare Earth Element) to run functionally. In this Thread we are going to focus solely on EVs and Wind Turbines which both have large amounts of the Rare Earth Element, NdPr (Neodymium Praseodymium).

3/ Major Players in REEs 🏆
Not to mention that these ores are commonly laced with radioactive thorium and uranium. Much of the environmental desolation caused by these REE can be seen in China where farmers have seen entire herds of sheep die due to polluted waters. Not to mention, the negative long term effect it has on humans. All in, every ton of REE created, 2,000 tons of toxic waste are produced (EuRare).

To understand the significance of that number. The largest producer of REE, China, produced 120,000 tons in 2018 and that metric has only increased since then. Even worse, in 2018 USA produced 15,000 tons and in 2021 that number increased tenfold to 168,000 tons.
