Pics from our most recent Convivio! Every last Sunday of the month, we have the convivio as a way to connect with the people of Oxnard. We share food, go over a political reading, have presentations, and fun activities for kids!
Hit us up to get involved in the next one! 👊🏼💥
This Friday in Thousand Oaks we are having a march for Brandon Alvarez, a marine from Newbury Park who was found dead in his room a couple months ago. The marines called it a suicide but his family does not believe that, they are demanding answers! Come out and support!
Come out to a vigil hosted by the women’s committee for Eudelia Gonzales Rojas, an Oxnard women murdered by her husband last month!! There will be speeches, an altar and self defense training! 7pm at Southwinds Park.
We want to get to know our fellow community members and unite so we can organize against a system that murders us! We need to unite to fight back against the terror the police bring to our streets!
Fight the cops, give them hell – it is right to rebel!
This Saturday at 2pm near 127 Calle La Sombra (in front of the Bradford Apartments) we will be honoring the life of Austin Manzano, the young man killed by Ventura County Sheriffs during a mental health crisis
Speakers will read from the newest zine by Revolutionary Student News, which covers the stories of other victims of police brutality, students’ perspective on mental illness, and mental health resources
We won! Pedophile Alonzo no longer works at Oralia’s!! Vid of our last protest when activists, survivors, and community members blockaded Alonzo in the bakery and proof he no longer works there
We stand beside brave survivors who demand people’s justice! The cops are willing to pull out batons on women confronting pedophiles but do nothing when women are raped or molested. Boycott Oralia’s Bakery for refusing to cut ties with Robert Brown aka Alonzo’s Cheesecakes
Yesterday we joined brave survivors to confront local pedophile and abuser Alonzo’s Cheesecake at Oralias Bakery on Wooley road. This scumbag came to pick up his money from the bakery who refuses to cut ties with him even though victims as young as 14 have come forward.
Tomorrow is our bi-weekly reading group in the park! All are welcome to come study & learn with us! :)
This weeks text will expand on what it means to dedicate ourselves to the people of Oxnard. Why do we organize? What keeps us going despite obstacles like state repression?
“Organized by Oxnard Revolutionary Study Group, the action was part of a broader anti-imperialist campaign, demanding the removal of Military Recruiters and Police from local campuses. Just one night before the march, graffiti was spotted on the entrance wall of the Navy Base”
“Around 40 people gathered at Bubbling Springs Park in Port Hueneme on Saturday to march for U.S Army specialist Vanessa Guillén, who was murdered by another soldier in Fort Hood, Texas back in April.”

Oxnard #hoodchallenge
Can u name these working class businesses that support the march for Vanessa Guillen? Winner gets to tell us where we should leave flyers next!😁✊🏽🔥
And don’t forget to come through to the march this Saturday 4pm at Bubbling Springs Park in Port Hueneme!
We should all look to him as a shining example of where to stand in the midst of fascism and imperialist violence!
GARRETT FOSTER PRESENTE! #justiceforgarrettfoster
Yesterday we marched in the streets to the Oxnard Police Station, where we held a vigil for Garrett Foster, who was killed Saturday night by a racist vigilante in Austin.
The vigilante was detained & let go by the APD, but protesters were beaten back while trying 2 help Garrett
for criminal charges by the sheriffs department.
But none of this will ever stop us! Garrett’s death only stokes the fire within us to fight harder. To continue to show up for Black Lives and the entire working class!
