We're working with Architecture Students on creative responses to the Oxford Road Corner Site - Join them on the 2nd May at 70 Oxford Road for their exhibition- why not pop in on your lunch break?
Wonderful to see work from @TheMSArch students this morning, exploring the history of the site and ideas for its future through comics!
You can see their exhibition this Wednesday at 70 Oxford Street (Cornerhouse) from 10am to 5pm
The "profitable property development space" that was @soundcontrolmcr the threat to @OxfordRdCorner and other sites that make up the grain of Manchester, does not provide a wider benefit, real neighbourhoods, and this approach rejects those who can't afford to live here.
Consultation and Survey Results
Question 1
Ahead of producing our wider report (which will incorporate the work of architecture students to be completed in April) we’ll be releasing the results of the consultation over the next few days to spark further conversation and debate.
THANK YOU to everyone who took part in our consultation event and completed the online survey! We're going to work up the results into a report and are working with @TheMSArch on a project for Manchester School of Architecture Event Week
Have you filled out our survey yet? You have until the end of January to give us your thoughts which will be passed on to @ManCityCouncil and @Bruntwood_UK https://t.co/eqZFuA9id0
Really enjoyed sharing my ideas at the Save @OxfordRdCorner Consultation Event today. Impressed by how you brought all the resources together accessibly. Great way to consult. Thank you for the work you’re putting in!
