A man willing to cross oceans for a football match but unwilling to stand beside his wife during childbirth has misunderstood what leadership is.

And yes, before anyone says it, I know not every woman deserves a good man's love, loyalty, or sacrifice. Some men have been hurt deeply.

But a few bad experiences should never convince us that all women are undeserving of love, protection, and commitment.

There are still good women.
There are still good marriages.
There are still families worth fighting for.

A man's success is not measured only by the trophies he lifts in public, but by the people he loves and serves in private.

Football will give you another match.
Your child is only born once.
Real men understand the difference.

And honestly, I get it.

People have become so obsessed with the next goal that we barely allow ourselves to enjoy the one we just achieved, we even allow others stop us from enjoying our moments.

Especially men. We hit a target, then immediately set another. Get the promotion, think about the next one. Buy the house, think about the bigger one. Reach one milestone, chase the next.

Years pass. Memories don't.
Life is lived in moments. Celebration isn't laziness; it's part of the journey. If you never stop to appreciate how far you've come, you'll wake up one day wondering how you got to 70 or 80 so quickly.
Not everyone even gets that privilege. Stress, pressure, expectations, and endless striving take their toll.

Set goals. Chase excellence. But don't forget to celebrate your wins when they come.

The next mountain will still be there tomorrow.

I am going to gift my son two things when he grows up. The book, there was a country by Chinua Achebe and there was a football player by Lionel Messi, the latter is not a book, it’s going to be videos and gist of Lionel Messi, I will share how he confirmed the scripture that says that “stars differ from stars in glory”, I will share how a phenomenon named Ronaldo proved that in a world where a god decided to be a football player, a human gave his best, his very best, he wrote his history too.

This is the best opinion about Messi that I’ve ever heard in my life. It definitely up there when it comes to most honest opinion, it should get Guinness book record self. It looks like a whole book but it just sums up everything about Messi, if you don’t believe God exists.

Messi is the testament to the scripture that ye are gods. There have been football gods before Messi but Messi kind of god, is different, to be honest, it’s more than goals and assist. I am a die hard fan of Ronaldo but Messi redefines what it means to be a GOAT.
