Today my friend submitted his Nothing phone to get it repaired. The phone was accepted by the service center after visual check. 2 hours later they call him saying that warranty can’t be claimed stating that their is a very big scratch on the screen.

I am highly disgusted by the behaviour of one of the service executive named Bhawna Raghav who was the one who visually examined our mobile. Rather than accepting mistake, she blamed us stating it’s our fault for not sitting in service centre for 2 hours.
