Lagosians, #COVID19 is not a glamorous disease, neither is it a hoax. You need to follow the safety guidelines to safeguard your friends and loved ones.
In the midst of increasing #COVID19 cases, we have some good news from our Infectious Diseases Hospital.
We received several messages & calls, over an Instagram video. The individual was said to be very sick & reported that NCDC did not respond.
We have reached out to him and he said what he did was a SKIT. He is well
Pls respect the call and message lines. Do not spread panic
@ronke_onadeko@NigeriaNRC Indeed we are. We have cargoes of crude and LNG unsold. No buyers. Do we sell at a loss? Do we keep waiting? For how long can we continue this way?

@OghenerumeOgolo This again is one of the demands for increased transparency. The MTF provides expected cost of production but we have dont have full information on the actual cost. We keep getting different figures at press briefings etc.
@KidBold@ronke_onadeko@NigeriaNRC In Nigeria we will need a constitutional amendment. Our constitution unfortunately provides for full disbursement of all funds earned between the three tiers of government. For now its only if each tier saves at thier own end. #MakeNigeriawork
@ronke_onadeko@NigeriaNRC This is a huge effect of the lack of transparency in the management of the funds. Nigerians should have full information of deposits and withdrawals from the ECA. It is not a piggy bank to be dipped into at any time #MakeNigeriaWork
@KidBold@ronke_onadeko@NigeriaNRC Unfortunately true.
Mechanism for ECA withdrawals is established in the Fiscal responsibility act but no one complies with this. It is supposed to be accessed only after 3 month of consistently prices below budget benchmark. #MakeNigeriaWork
@onyimadu@ronke_onadeko@NigeriaNRC This is the information we will expect from the government. We definitely don't want to go back to under recovery or any other mechanism that will hurt Nigerians in the long run.
@NigeriaNRC@ronke_onadeko Our ECA is an extremely low now. We have a balance of $71.8m. It dropped by $253m between jan and feb 2020. Our Soverign Wealth Fund $2.2billion. This sums are not enough to save us from any crisis.
