El Nino has its greatest impact in the winter. It can impact severe wx season & hurricane seasons, but it doesn't have much effect on temps in our area during summer.
Update: the #StorageFire in Palo Pinto County is 792 acres and 98% contained. The hand crew continue to patrol and monitor the fire area. Decrease in acreage to more accurate mapping as crew members walked the perimeter of the fire. #txfire
