@AZDHS So my husband & I finally got a confirmation through email to receive vaccine @ State Farm. Do we need to print out the confirmation or can we use our email at site on phone? Also it says 1a - 1b for proof. We are 72 & 71. Are we okay since they opened up the 65 & over class.
