Each time order being cancelled without any notification. This is really bad experience.

@virginmedia I clearly mentioned while.placing order that I am moving to rew rental property.
In my existing address I stayed for 4 years.
Both old and new address were provided correctly.
But customer care or sales team is not providing any update.

Always saying we have raised this to back office team.
I spent like 5 HR in last 7 days by calling them.
No call back received about the order.
