We loved Speech and Language time today! We were learning to focus on toys that are really exciting. We are also learning to use visuals to select what song we would like to sing! Everyone managed to join in today, even for a little while! Amazing! 🤩 @SMOSPrimary

HOPE are hosting an Information Drop-In Session for parents and carers to discover the wide range of services and support available in your area. 🩵🩷

Alongside HOPE, several other organisations will be there to share what they offer and answer any questions.

This week we are learning all about Halloween through the story ‘Room on the Broom’
We tried on the witch’s hat, made pumpkins and moons with playdough, and practised writing some of the animals from the story!

Choosing Time fun! C decided to draw Numberblocks 1 and 2 on the writing tablet, K enjoyed playing with the caterpillar shaker and some children chose to watch and sing along to nursery rhymes together! @SMOSPrimary

Learning to take turns with a friend or grown up today! We loved doing a bit of posting coins, this helped us work on our fine motor skills too. 🐷 @SMOSPrimary

Our CLD worker is partnering with HOPE for Autism to offer a course to parents. 🌟

It will start after the October holiday and run for 5 weeks.
