The PI strictly bans specific harmful acts like doxxing, threats, impersonation, and the 100-yard physical distance rule. Defense firepower has surged with Snell & Wilmer, Miller Nash, and Spencer Fane entering this case.

A third pro se intervenor, Belmont, added First Amendment pressure alongside others, pushing BAM to settle. Counterclaims are expected as this case enters settlement talks.
