@ChaseSupport hello, there was a fraudulent charge on my Chase credit card that I didn’t authorize. I called to get it removed and was told it’s been removed and to just pay my balance. I check my statement today and it’s still there? Any help pls?
@TMobileHelp Why am I getting billed for a line I’m not using? I cancelled in March and expected a final bill for April-May. Today I got another bill for June-July. Went in to talk to a rep in-store and was told there will be a $13 cancellation fee plus next months bill? What!?
